Tim Cook

Tim Cook (was born November 1, 1960), Mobile, Alabama, USA. Is an American manager and CEO of Apple Inc. He joined the company in March 1998. He took over as CEO following the resignation of Steve Jobs on August 24, 2011. Tim Cook joined Apple in March 1998 as senior vice president of global operations and later served as executive vice president of global sales and operations. Cook helped former Apple CEO Steve Jobs for two months in 2004 while he was being treated for pancreatic cancer. Cook is also a member of Nike's board of directors.
